Invasion of nightmares

The Nightmares try to take control. Overwhelmed by these feelings, old images, injuries, struggles, pain and anger, flashbacks and dissociation. Mold the boundaries between truth and dream. Inner retreat into the safe Harbor, into the safe Bunker. Even these safe Places are clouded with the poisonous Smoke of torment and offer little protection. But the Wall of the Port still holds, the Walls of the inner Bunker are stable. The shock leaves deep traces.
